CLIENT NATIONAL FUEL GAS

NLS is currently providing right-of-way consulting and staffing for National Fuel Gas Company (NFG). The project consists of approximately 97 miles of new pipeline (24” pipe) starting in McKean County, PA and ending in Erie County, NY. The project also is replacing 4 miles of 16” pipe with 24” pipe in Niagara County, NY. NFG plans to seek approval from the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) for the Northern Access project.

CLIENT ENBRIDGE ENERGY

NLS is currently providing right-of-way consulting and staffing for Enbridge Energy’s AIM Project. The project is an upgrade to the current Algonquin Gas Transmission system.

NLS is also providing consulting and staffing on Enbridge’s Anomaly Dig Project spanning the entire state of Pennsylvania.

CLIENT TC ENERGY (formerly TransCanada)

NLS is currently providing right-of-way consulting and staffing for Columbia Pipeline Group (CPG), a separate entity of NiSource, on several projects including the following:

Leach Xpress Project consists of approximately 130 miles of a combination of Greenfield, (36” pipe) and looping of existing pipeline, (30” pipe) in Ohio.

Tri-County Bare Steel Replacement Project consists of approximately 30 miles (25 miles of lift and lay, and 5 miles re-route) in Washington and Green Counties, Pennsylvania.

Columbus Modernization Project consists of replacing 30 miles of existing pipeline (20” pipe) in Franklin and Fairfield County, Ohio.

Southern Beltway project consists of five (5) pipeline relocation projects in Western Pennsylvania.

NLS is engaged as the sole right-of-way Consultant for the project’s full range of services include the following activities: routing; land valuation studies; governmental affairs and public relations activities on a local, state and federal level; title work; right of entry permission for alignment survey and environmental and archeological studies; negotiating for land rights from privately and publicly held lands including access roads, easement options, easement rights, and fee acquisition; permitting of local, state and federal highway crossings, budget development, cost tracking and project management.

CLIENT NRG ENERGY

NLS is currently providing right-of-way consulting and staffing for a 20-mile (24” pipe) in Avon, Ohio for NRG. Our services include the following activities: title; right of entry permission for alignment survey and negotiating for land rights from privately and publicly held lands including access roads, easement options, easement rights, and fee acquisition; permitting of local, state (OPSB) and federal highway crossings, budget development, cost tracking and project management.

CLIENT KINDER MORGAN

NLS is currently providing right-of-way consulting and staffing for Tennessee Gas Pipeline Company, a Kinder Morgan Energy Partners, L.P. company, on several projects including the following:

Triad Expansion Project consists of approximately 7 miles of new pipeline (36” pipe) in Lenox and Clifford Townships, Susquehanna County, Pennsylvania.

Connecticut Expansion Project consists of approximately 14 miles in Hartford County, Connecticut (24” pipe), Berkshire County, Massachusetts (36” pipe), and Albany County, NY (36” pipe).

CLIENT CALPINE

NLS is currently providing leasing and title work in Upstate New York for a potential wind farm.

CLIENT EVERSOURCE ENERGY

NLS is currently providing real estate support on multiple projects in Connecticut and Massachusetts
